The B32 series is a rotary vane vacuum motors. The motor is a brushless design and can have a variety of different configurations to meet your needs. The B32 series is designed for high reliability and long life. It is made with a permanent magnet DC motor, which has low noise and vibration levels, high efficiency and long life. It also has a self-starting capability. The motor has an integrated ball bearing system that eliminates mechanical seals and friction, making it maintenance free. There are many options available with this series of motors such as: speed control, overload protection, thermal overload protection, overvoltage protection, under voltage protection and so on. The B32 series features a two-phase winding structure which allows for better torque density than single phase motors of similar size.

How to maintain the vacuum motor?

1.Clean the filter: The vacuum cleaner should be cleaned regularly and the filter must be cleaned every time before using it. If the filter is full of dust, then it will affect the suction power of the vacuum cleaner.

2.Check if there is any loose wire: The wires inside the motor may break or come loose due to excessive use or improper handling. If this happens, then it will cause overheating and short circuit in the motor. So check if there is any loose wire in your vacuum cleaner before using it again.

3.Checking for damage: Check all parts of your vacuum cleaner for any visible damage such as cracks in plastic parts or damaged electrical connections etc., if you find any damage then replace that part immediately because it can lead to serious problems in future like overheating etc.,

How does a vacuum motor work?

A vacuum motor is a device used to create a partial vacuum inside a sealed chamber, which can then be used to move an object. The vacuum motor is typically a piston-type mechanism that moves air from the outside of the chamber into an interior space. A certain amount of force is required to push air out of this space, but once it’s gone and there’s nothing left to push against, it becomes easier for the piston to move back again. This creates a vacuum effect inside the chamber and allows the piston to move back down again, which in turn creates more space for more air to enter into the chamber.
